Dear GDex,
Tracking number: 8418519756
I refer to my package with the tracking number
set out above.
The package arrived at Skudai on Oct 5 and has
been held there since then. While I was in the house (No. 1, Jalan Perinitis
1/1, Taman Nusa Perinitis, 81550 Gelang Patah) for the whole day on Oct8, your
employee put in the record that “08/10 20:18:11, Undelivered due to Hold for
Reattempt Date; 09/10 19:42:19, Undelivered due to Sorry Card; 10/10 112:35/43;
Undelivered due to Held Back in Office”.
One week has passed wince the package got to
Skudai. I missed only one call on Oct 9 at 3:41pm from 017-7724039 when I was
out of town. Please call me to let me know the time you deliver the package to
my place. I prefer to wait at him for my packages.
I lodge this complaint and hope you improve
your professional skills.
