Subject: SOS
Dear SM Lee
Hsien Loong,
I refer to my
email dated Sep 15 regarding
my emergent medical condition.
Hospitalization
I was
hospitalized in the A&E of the National University Hospital (NUH) for a few
hours before being transferred to Aleander Hospital (AH). Generally, I am not
happy about all the hospital treatments I have received. On Sep 15, the
Clementi Policlinic instructed me in a phone call to go directly to NUH for
further treatment because of the dramatic rise in the concentration of two
liver enzymes, ALT (213) and AST (208).
From Sep 17 to
18, the level of these two liver enzymes did decrease to 132 and 64,
respectively. However, on Sep 22 the level of ALT and AST increased to 301 and
169, respectively and remained at the same level on Sep 23. It is very hard to
me to understand the elevation of these two enzymes when I was hospitalized.
My current
conditions
Now I have
enough reason to seriously worry about my liver failure (MRI), kidney failure (the
blood and urine test) and the heart failure (Echocardiogram) on the basis of a
number of test results. The development of all these conditions is obviously in
connection with my prolonged 24-day hunger strike and the extreme inhumane
conditions in Changi prison. Changi prison apparently ought to take
responsibility for my medical conditions by paying for my medical
treatment because of their total indifference to all my hunger strikes and to
my medical complaints made in the prison in the past 5 years. I have every
intention of leaving this country.
Hiding test
results from me
Please inform
AH to give priority to a patient’s needs but not to the government’s financial
considerations. It generally takes 6 months from the confirmation of a liver
cancer to a patient’s death so the confirmation of a diagnosis of the liver
cancer is unnecessary.
The doctors in
AH have deliberately hidden some test results (such as full blood test,
ultrasonic, MRI and Echo) from me until my repeated requests for them. Even now
Dr. Thiagarajan Thyagarajan RAVI is still unwilling to hand out all the reports
to me but told me to get them online. It should note that the hospital and the
Polyclinic don’t upload all medical reports online.
Please direct
AH to provide me with all the test results because I am entitled to all
relevant information. The doctors’ diagnosis of refeeding syndrome could be
completely wrong.
The cause of
my hospitalization
Now I am still
thinking about the primary cause of my current medical conditions. It should
note that I lost my mobile phone (89273961) on Sep 15 after I had
already lost once on Sep 12. Now I am not 100% sure that the
intelligence/security officers had stolen my mobile phone on Sep 15 to prevent
me from writing to the international community.
I think there
are 2 possible causes of my deteriorating health. The 1st
possibility is the drugging, or I am suffering from a toxic liver disease now.
The perpetrator must be either the CIA or the Internal Security Department
(ISD), or the outfit of Singapore intelligence.
The 2nd
possibility is some unknow factor and my poor health condition caused by Changi
prison’s complete indifference to my medical complaints and hunger strikes in
the past 5 years. All these bad test results and symptoms could be caused by
untreated hypertension developed in December of 2019 after Changi prison
deliberately ordered 3 inmates to assault me in revenge for my protest staged
outside Raffle Place MRT station. I asked the then PM Lee to “be like a man”
and to respond to my repeated protests.
I think the CIA
and the ISD are going to kill me to prevent the exposure of the murder of Pope
Francis to the international world. There is no way that my health condition
could decline in such a dramatic way. The only explanation is murder.
The former
Attorney-General Chao Hick Tin should take full responsibility for my health
deterioration. In the past few years, Changi Prison simply locked up in a
single cell and wouldn’t allow me to participate outdoor activities. In the
past one year, I only got into outdoor activities twice in prison on the Oct 28
and 29 of 2024.
At this moment,
I don’t have a heart failure but most probably will have it after I am released
from Chani prison again. I have enough evidence to say that former AG Chao Hick
Tin is a demon and has seen me as his enemy.
My position
Let me repeat
my position clear. If I die within 3 months after Sep 10 when I was released
from prison, the Singapore and the US government ought to take full
responsibility for my death. I still stand by my words that Pope Francis was
murdered by the US government.
My request
to the Beijing and the Hong Kong government
I would
appreciate it if the Beijing government and the Hong Kong government can
forward this email to their liver experts because I badly need medical
assistance now. I would appreciate it if the US government can provide medical
so advice to the Singapore government.
I believe that
someone is going to kill me and I am going to die very soon because of liver
cancer. I request SM Lee Hien Loong to direct AH to perform Primovist MRI with
immediate effect. This morning an eye specialist told me that I didn’t have a
problem with my eye but I just now I looked at the mirror and found that my eye
was yellow and full of blood.
Please check
half part my account of the hospital treatment for details. I will provide the
2nd par the next day.
I hope that the
Beijing government and the Hong Kong government can pay attention to my medical
condition because I am going to die very soon in Singapore.
I will write
again tomorrow. I would request to the US president Donald Trump to tell the
world whether the US government is going to kill me.
Regards,
Yan Jun
