Subject: Protest over hte murder of Pope Francis (Oct 6, 2025 at 2pm, Outside the US Embassy in Singapore)

Dear the US Embassy,

I refer to my email dated Oct 1, 2025 to SM Lee Hsien Loong regarding my conversations with a senior security guard of the US Embassy. This morning ICA di issue a valid IC and a passport to me.

The PAP is to arrest me to prevent my protest

I had enough reason to believe that the PAP government was making every effort to prevent my protest against the murder of Pope Francis by the US government. Recently and especially last night, the ISD was targeting my luggage, or my mobile phone and laptops, to stop me from writing to the international community. For that reason, I sent an email to Prof. Tan Eng Chy, the president of NUS, and the media, last night. Yesterday morning at about 7am, a person using a public bench told me that anyone having a conflict in a public area with others over a bench may be arrested by the police.

Today at about 10:30am, I went shopping at ABC Bargain Center in Clementi and an old Indian woman blamed me for accidentally hitting her foot with my suitcase. This shop was small and crowded and every customer must walk very slowly in it. I didn't think my suitcase had already hit her foot, and her exaggerated facial expression made me suspect whether she was playing games with me. I didn't feel that the suitcase had hit anyone.

At about 11:10am, I went to SIMBA service center at Clementi to deactivate the sim card in my mobile phone lost on Sep 15 this month. The person waiting in line immediately in front of me was a senior Chinese Singaporean and he blamed me for hitting his foot with my suitcase. However, I stood still and didn't even make a move. After I flatly told him that my suitcase didn't hit him, he didn’t mind my reply and started talking to me but I preferred to stay alone.

After I left SIMBA center, I walked very slowly and constantly paid attention to the people around me to avoid any accident. I was surprisingly found that there were always disabled persons, or seniors, or seniors using a wheelchair around me so I was always ready to stop my steps and to give way to others. Although no one has complained about my suitcase for quite some, I was blamed twice this morning for inappropriate use of a suitcase while walking.

At about 12 noon, I went to Clementi branch of DBS bank to open a personal account but was told to make an appointment first. I then went to the nearby Clementi branch of Maybank in a shopping mall but the two clerks, or two personal finance executives, refused to open an account due to a lack of valid reasons to open an account. They reasoned that I had a valid OCBC debit card so I should use it rather than apply for a new one. They ignored my IC and flatly told me their concern about using a Maybank debit card for money laundering. When asked for the evidence to support their suspicion, they couldn’t give any but wouldn’t open an account for me.

While taking the escalator of the shopping mall down to level 1, I noticed some stuff spilled at the bottom of the escalator and wondered whether this stuff could make a person fall on the ground due to stepping on it. Since my suitcase may hurt someone walking right in front of me, I took a picture of this stuff to prevent being hurt in related incidents.

It is likely that someone has set a trap for me.

My decision

I have decided to protest outside the US Embassy on Oct 6, 2025 at 2pm. I have enough to believe that Pope Francis was murdered by the US government right after meeting with the US vice president JD Vance. Pope Francis was a spiritual leader of global 1.4 billion Catholics, and I have a moral obligation to reveal the truth to the public. I am willing to take responsibility for making false allegations if I am wrong.

My protest is inevitable but now I give priority to going to Hong Kong. If I can receive an email from the Hong Kong Government by Oct 5 to ensure my safety during my medical treatment in Hong Kong, I will cancel my protest scheduled for Oct 6.  I will request Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka Chiu for help later today by email.

I am not threatening anybody. I stick to two universal values, or honesty and fairness, but nothing else.

Regards,

Yan Jun

Subject: Conspiracies in connection with NUS

Dear NUS president Tan Eng Chye, Media,

I refer to my email dated Oct 1, 2025 to SM Lee Hsien Loong regarding the reply from the US Embassy.

A sign conspiracy in connection with NUS

As mentioned in the attached file, I went to NUS after leaving the US Embassy. When I leaving the NUS by train at about 9pm, I noticed a sing standing at the 95-bus stop (opposite Kent Ridge Stn Exit Bus stop number: 18339) saying that visitors are refused by nus from Aug 30 (not very sure) to Sep 5.I forgot to take a picture of the sign at the time.

I wondered why NUS put up such an expired sign and my conclusion is that NUS is going to make an announcement to prevent visitors from visiting NUS very soon. This announcement is a conspiracy organized by the former AG Chao Hick Tin to prevent me from going to NUS. NUS canteen can provide brown rice but stalls outside NUS generally cannot provide such food or the cost is expensive. I need to eat meals in NUS so NUS cannot refuse visitors all of a sudden. If  you see the announcement made by NUS in the newspaper to inhibit visitors from visiting NUS, this announcement must be a conspiracy and it could be announced tomorrow (Oct 2, 2025)

The PAP government’s trick: stealing my mobile phone or laptops

Now the PAP government is making every effort to prevent me from contacting the international community by stealing my laptop or mobile phone. Now I stay at Our Tampines Hub,  and I have enough reason to believe that the ISD has a plan to take action tonight. Now is the China’s national day so I may not get a reply from Beijing or Hong Kong government very soon. I have decided to write to the international community every day before I get to Hang Kong or get a reply from Beijing or Hong Kang government. . If the international community cannot receive my email, then something bad had happened to me and most probably I have been arrested.

2 suitcases and 1 backpack

I noticed a man handling two suitcases while carrying a backpack on the train and I talked to him for a while .It was clear to me that former AG Chao hope that I can take my suitcases away from the NUS. It should note that I am a patient so is not supposed to handle so many suitcases. See the attached picture for details.

Now the PAP government is extremely scared of my protest and is making every effort to either arrest me or to make me get sick.

Tomorrow morning, I will go to ICA to take my IC and passport and then then inform the international community of my intention and the PAP government’s tricks. I don’t think it is a big matter to receive 1 or 2 more emails and I certainly will provide something interesting.

Thank you.

Regards,

Yan Jun

Subject: The reply from the US Embassy

Dear SM Lee Hsien Loong,

I refer to my email dated Sep 30, 2025 to the US Embassy in Singapore regarding the extradition of me and my protest.

Today I went to the US Embassy and talked for a while with a supervisor of embassy security guards. Please see the attached document for the details of the conversations. With regard to my decision to go to Hong Kong,  he told me to go ahead.

Now I really need medica treatment. I sincerely hope that the Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Hong Kong Executive John Lee Ka-chiu can take my medical consideration into account and seriously consider my request to go to Hong Kong for treatment. I technically helped the Hong Kong government in Terex detention issue in 2017 and now need help.

Thank you.

Regards,

Yan Jun

Subject: Oct 1, 2025 at 4pm, The US Embassy

Dear the US Embassy,

I refer to my email dated Sep 26, 2025 at 4:23pm to SM Lee Hsien Loong.

While I had requested the US government in this email to ”seriously consider an option to end the trade war with China after I have left Singapore”, a number of espionage activities have been carried out to target me subsequently. These activities have shown clearly that both the US and the Singapore government are making every effort to extradite me to the US in order to minimize the effect caused by my protest against the murder of Pope Francis. The climax of this conspiracy is Nathan Law’s denial of entry into Singapore.

The two governments’ current plan is to revoke my Singapore citizenship on Oct 2 and then extradite me to the US on the same day. In my email dated Sep 10, 2025 to SM Lee Hsien Loong, I clearly explained that the purpose of the May 12 tariff truce was to provide the Singapore government with 5 opportunities to extradite me to the US 26 days, or 51 days, or 76 days, or 101 days after May 12. Oct 2 is exactly 51 days after Aug 12 tariff extension. So the US government is still stick to its original plan.

I certainly stick to my words but do not accept any trick. In my email sent this early, I mentioned WUYANG mixed veg stall in NUS. At lunch time, the cashier of WUYANG stall asked me for my plan and told me to leave my suitcase at the stall and to select a seat first. I f I had taken his advice, my luggage and the 2 laptops inside it would have gone and I wouldn’t be able to contact the international community now. It seems to me that everyone in Singapore can be a spy. The Singapore government is scared of my protest so wouldn’t return my printer to me. I certainly need to cook for myself because I am a liver patient.

I will go to the US embassy tomorrow (Oct 1, 2025) at 4pm to talk to embassy officials about the extradition of me to the US. If embassy officials wouldn’t give me a direct answer to the question of the extradition, I will stage a protest.

In Changi prison, I would always tell the inmates and the prison guards that I had two options: to starve to death in Changi prison or to get out of prison as a free man. If I die in a short period of time, the US and the Singapore government will take full responsibilities.

I am still a patient and have swelling feet so I would ask for a personal bond after being arrested.

Thank you.

Regards,

Yan Jun
