尊敬的香港特首李家超先生,

 

我是新加坡的一名抗议者, 在过去的十年中一直在抗议新加坡腐败的司法体系。

 

我的抗议

我一直要求新加坡的法院和总检察署控告我藐视法庭,以一劳永逸的解决我的抗议。 如果新加坡的司法体系是公正的, 那么我就应该因为错误言论在藐视法庭的罪名下受到处罚。否则新加坡国会就要促进司法公正。现实情况是我反复要求政府告我藐视法庭,但政府不同意。相反,政府反复告我非法集会, 至今我已坐牢12次。我和任何组织和个人都没有联系,并且从来都是一个人抗议。

 

特莱斯装甲车被扣事件

2017年发生在香港的特莱斯装甲车被扣事件就是一起由新加坡政府策划的阴谋活动,它针对的是我20161023号在美国大使馆前的抗议。 尽管警察在1023号逮捕了我,他们在1024号把我无条件释放了,并且开车送我去高等法院参加上诉。我告诉了高院法官我在1023号的抗议, 但是他不愿意处理这件事。

 

这个无条件释放的决定本身就是一个司法腐败的例子,因为它显示美国大使馆凌驾于新加坡法律之上。装甲车被扣事件就是要显示香港政府不遵守国际法。在20171,新加坡总理李显龙致函香港特首梁振英,以装甲车享有主权豁免权(Sovereign Immunity)为理由,要求香港方面立即交还这些装甲车。我在201727号给香港特首梁振英写信, 告诉他这一事件是一起阴谋。后来特首办公室和香港海关都给我回了信

 

我的公开抗议

201773月,我在新加坡的莱佛士地铁站前公开抗议了一次,以支持我的论点。当时各国驻新加坡大使馆的官员都看到了, 报纸也进行了相关报道。最后装甲车被扣事件不了了之, 没有人再提主权豁免权一事了。在我如何发现了特莱斯阴谋(How did I uncover the Terrex Conspiracy”“一文中, 我详细解释了这些装甲车不享有主权豁免权。尽管我73号的抗议是为了维护公正,但我事实上帮助了香港政府。

 

我的病情

尽管我的身体情况一向很号,现在我的肝脏在短期内突然出了很严重的问题,急需治疗。新加坡亚历山大医院(Alexandra Hospital)在2025916号将我收入病房, 925号晚上将我驱逐出病房。医护人员很清楚我的病情较入院时比更为严重。我既没有拿到诊断结果,也没有得到任何治疗方案。 这件事清楚的说明亚历山大医院根本就没有打算给我提供治疗。我在2025927号报警D202509277028),警方目前正在处理这件事。

 

我的病不能再拖了,现在我的肝区已经出现了一些疼痛。 双脚和小腿仍然水肿,双手好像出现了浮肿。我在930给李资政写信,要求去香港治病。昨天(101号)我去了美国驻新加坡大使馆,但没有见到大使馆官员。保安告诉我可以去香港治病,我昨天以电邮的方式将美国大使馆的立场通知了李资政和国际社会。今天我已经拿到了新的身份证和护照,随时可以去香港。新加坡政府一直都希望我回中国去。

 

最后一次抗议

中美贸易战和我在新加坡的抗议有些关系。我打算就美国政府谋杀教宗方济各一事再抗议一次,然后就结束我在新加坡的抗议活动。我目前的计划是106在美国大使馆前抗议教宗方济各谋杀案及其他事情,并通知了美国大使馆和国际社会。尽管我有义务为教宗方济讨公道,目前我需要优先考虑我的健康。如果我能够在106号前去香港治病,那么我就不会在美国驻新加坡大使馆前抗议了。

 

我的请求

我希望香港政府能够基于人道主义精神,为我在香港提供一些医疗援助,以帮助我尽早恢复健康。目前我所有的积蓄只有新币3000块左右, 但我在装甲车被扣事件中给香港政府提供的帮助远超过这一数值。

 

我希望特首及北京政府能够认真考虑一下我的请求,提供相应的单程交通及医疗援助。教宗方济各谋杀案是一起历史事件,相比之下, 罗冠聪在新加坡被拒绝入境根本就谈不上是一件事情。 因此我最担心的是我在香港的安全。我希望香港政府能确保我在香港治疗期间的安全。

 

我的安全

希望我消失的人还是有一些的。 我在今年527号公开在新加坡樟宜监狱宣称美国政府谋杀了教宗方济各,528号新加坡前总检察长赵锡燊(Chao Hick Tin)就通过犯人Viknesh Daniel Raj之口告诉我你会被绞死,你会永久消失(You will be hanged. You will disappear for good)。在523号,Viknesh Daniel Raj也告诉我美国情报机构·正在着手逮捕我,将我引渡到美国。普通犯人是讲不出这种话来的。目前没有一个美国官员公开否认将我引渡到美国这一说法。我身体情况一向很好,但这一次3天内突然出现了严重的肝脏疾病。 我需要认真考虑有人下毒的可能性。

 

尽管中国国庆节一直放假到108号,我需要尽快接受治疗。我还是希望特首办公室能在105号或之前回信,我会把信转发给国际社会。

 

我真诚的希望中国国家主席习近平先生也能看到我的求助信,并提供道主义救助。
