Subject: My worry about the use of chemicals
Dear PM Lee Hsien Loong,
I refer to my email to the PM dated
Oct
10, 2020.
In that email, I complained about the two espionage activities conducted on Oct
2, 2020 and the early morning of Oct 10, 2020 by Singapore intelligence. Now I
have no choice but to complain again because the use of chemicals.
Singapore Intelligence and a police
report
On this morning (Oct 16, 2020)
between 3:09am and 3:24am, local intelligence officers illegally accessed my
laptop in the Hainanese Room of S Inn Chinatown (52 Temple Street, Chinatown,
Singapore, Singapore, 058597). It is self-evident that what had happened to me
this morning can be used to make a movie. The suspects were the two guests who
were deliberately assigned to share the 6-bed room with me by S Inn Chinatown.
Theirs accomplices were the guests who I came across this morning from 2am to
4am this morning, especially the guy who smoke outside the hostel between
3:09am to 3:20am. I was watching him through the window at the time. I also
forward this email to Mr. Keith TAN, the Chief Executive of Singapore Tourism
Board, to remind him of the primary function of a hotel/hostel.
I made a police report in the hope
that the Singapore Police Force can demonstrate themselves. I am going to check
into Spacepod@com (6 Jalan Ayer, Kallang, Singapore, Singapore, 389143) this
afternoon.
My worry about the use of chemicals
or incapacitating agent
I am not worried about my data
because it is extremely difficult for any intelligence officer to beat the full
volume encryption software included with Microsoft Windows. On the early
morning of Oct 11, some intelligence officers copied my whole hard disk again
at Campbell Inn(50 Campbell Ln, Singapore 209922). The laptop was in my
backpack, and I put the backpack into a suitcase, which was tied to the upper
bed next to my head. I am strongly suspecting that the intelligence officers in
charge of my case have routinely used chemicals to put me into deep sleep so
they can take action. I have sufficient evidence to believe that they had
started to do so when I was house-arrested by the government in BLK 256,
Tampines Street 11 from early May to Jun 20 this year.
It is a very serious matter to
routinely use chemicals in espionage activities. Please remind those officers
not to use chemicals on me.
The nature of the intelligence work
If the intelligence officers always
illegally access my laptop this way, I dare not to sleep to avoid the
chemicals. In fact, I need to get some rest after finishing this email. I would
appreciate it if the PM orders these officers to make attention to decency. On Feb
22, 2019,
I had already written a letter to Attorney General Lucien Wong to remind those
officers that “Intelligence work is about secrets but not harassment”. I have
no intention of keep reporting to the international community espionage
activities by Singapore Intelligence.
Thank you.
Regards,
Yan Jun

Dear Agoda Team,
Good evening!
We received the
email from Mr. Yan. We do understand his point.
Yes. Mr.Yan booked
a bed in 8-bed mixed dorm. We upgraded him to 6 bed mixed dorm without any
extra costs. We comply with the regulations that put lesser people in one room
because of COVID-19. And explained this to Mr.Yan. Even we told Mr.Yan last
night. If he prefers the 8-bed mixed dorm. We could transfer him
over. However he just wants a lower bed and did not accept our
explanation. He started looking for faults on us today. We explained to Mr.Yan
last night and this morning. We had no lower beds available. Most of guests are
long-term stay. If we have lower beds available we could transfer him over.
However he doesn’t want to believe in us. And we mentioned that if he is not
happy with the room and service we could ask Agoda to refund the money to him
and cancel the booking. We do accept this. There is no point to argue about the
situation again and again. We had no issue with Mr.Yan other than he doesn’t
accept our explanation. If Mr.Yan wants to find faults on us because of
upgrading the room without permission. We sincerely apology for this. If Mr.Yan
insists to make the complaint to Singapore tourism board. We have no issue on
it as well. We complied with all the regulations. If we let the guest stay at
the lower bed it is our fault. Thank you for your understanding and support again!
This is the final
email to explain this issue. Hope all stay safe and healthy.
Yours sincerely,
Eva

I just booked 3 nights stay in S Inn Chinatown (510865877) to ensure when the
Singapore Tourism Board receives my complaint letter, I am still in the same
Hostel for investigations. I still stand by my complaints about this hotel.
I will forward my complaint letter to Agoda, and I am sure you will never
forget my letter because your customer representative hasn't encountered the
same situation previsouly.
Thank you.

Dear Agoda,
I am not going to cancel this reservation at this moment. I have talked to the
Manager Eva for my wrongdoing but she was unable to point it out. What I booked
was a 8-bed room but what I was assigned was a 6-bed room.
I am going to file a complaint to the Singapore Tourism Board against S Inn
Chinatown. Please check with S Inn Chinatown for my wrongdoing.
Thank you.
