Dear SM Lee Hsien Loong, 

I was released from Changi Prison today after going on a 24-day hunger strike from Aug 15 to Sep 8 to give a call to the Chinese Embassy in Singapore so i could borrow $5000 dollars to pay the fine and to leave the prison on Aug 16. 

I request SM Lee to answer me 3 questions with yes or no. First of all, has the US government made a request to the Singapore Government to extradite me to the US? Secondly, is the Singapore government going to extradite me to the US or Taiwan to get me killed? The 3rd question, why wouldn't the Singapore Government deport me back to mainland China after revoking my Singapore citizenship? 

In the attachment, I clearly talked about the murder of pope Francis, the selling of Singapore to the US and the murder of my younger sister Yan Wen and Taiwan actress Big S (Harbie Hsu). Now I am the CIA's most wanted person and have almost died 5 times. If I die in 3 months, the Singapore and the US government will take full responsibility over my death. 

I hope ICA can provide me with a valid IC and a passport as soon as possible. The ICA is fully aware that I don't have a valid IC and every Singapore citizen is required to have one but has refused to provide me with a new IC. The ICA should take the blame. Thank you.
