Subject: Make an appointment with a polyclinics (Qqueenstown or Clementi Polyclinnics)

 

Dear Polyclinics,

 

I had a sharp pain in my right knee on Sep 11 and 12 and had considerable difficulties in climbing or descending the staircase. I was unable to walk step by step, by half step by half step. On the morning of Sep 13, I suddenly noticed the swelling of my two feet and ankles (see picture 1). On the morning of Sep 13, the knee pain wore off and I didn’t have a pain in climbing the staircases. But on Sep 14 at about 1am, I suddenly noticed that the swelling of my two feet and ankles had grown much stronger and I saw a sort of lingering indentation when the skin of foot back is pressed. Please see the picture attached for details.

 

I think it is necessary for me to take a kidney function test, or a blood and urine test. I prefer to go to Clementi or Queenstown polyclinics on Monday (Sep 15, 2025).I tried to make an appointment by calling 6908222 but the booking is not accepted on Sunday.

 

I am wondering whether I can see a doctor if go directly to Clementi or Queenstown polyclinics on Monday at 8am.
