Dear EzSecure Storage,

 

I am very sure I had already provided with my credit card information on Oct 10, 2019 when I signed the contract with your company. The person in charge of this matter was Lovella Francisco. I don’t understand why the EzSecure has all of sudden denied the credit card information I have provided.

 

My position

I do NOT accept your statement that “Kindly fill up the auto debit form attached because we didn't have your credit card information” made on Oct 1, 2020.

 

I will NOT fill out any auto debit form because I already did so.

 

My request

In addition, I need a  justification for your repeated request for my credit card information. I hope your company take this email  seriously because your inaction will lead to serious consequences.
