We deeply regret that despite our repeated reminders and calls for settlement, we are yet to receive your positive feedback. The debt owed to us remains unpaid. Please note that we shall proceed to submit a trade reference on your company to CTOS within 14 days of the date. CTOS, as you maybe aware, is a local credit reference agency widely used by financial institutions and the business community. Your application to your banking facility, credit card, personal loan, home loan, etc shall be rejected unless the debt is fully settled.
