Dear Hifini,

I refer to your email dated Oct 5, 2020 at 14:48. You made two false statements in this email and I don’t accept them.

Your 1^st false statement was that “I believe I'm the one who you sign the agreement form with “. I forward to you the email send from your company on Oct 24, 2019 to me. As shown in the completed agreement, the person who I singed he contract with was Lovella Francisco but not you, or Hifni Humaidi Ismail.

Your 2^nd false statement was that “That time I asked your permission to copy your credit card but you refused and you said you will pay for 9 month” is also wrong. Lovella Francisco did made a photocopy of my debit card issued by CIMB bank. I insisted that he should deduct the payment from this card but he insisted that the deduction took about 1 month time. Finally, I made payment for 9 months to expedite the singing of the contract.

You’d better talk with the top management of your company because I have seen the malice in your reply.
