Thank you for your reply. Are you based in Singapore or elsewhere? Can you take a look at the picture I provided? 

 

What the picture shows is PM Lee Hsien Loong taking oath of office as the Prime Minister of Singapore on 18 August 2004. PM Lee certainly was not a model. 

 

The picture is expected to be used in the public interest and the usage has nothing to do with commercial activities. I don't understand your words "your usage is under commercial use".

 

Can yo provide me with a link that goes to the copyright policies of your company? I can choose not to use this picture, but I think your reply is hard to understand.

Would you be able to provide your company or organization name?
What kind of context would this image be used in? Do you have a script of  the footage that you would like to put on youtube?
What is your budget for your project?

Since this is an editorial image and your usage is under commercial use. We would need to seek permission from the model in the image and the photographer. An approach fee of USD 500 will be charged whether or not the usage is approved.

I came across a picture possessed by gettyimages that show Lee Hsien Loong took oath as Singapore's Prime Minister in August 2004. (see attached file)

I wish to include this picture as it is in a YouTube video so everyone can see it. Do I need to get your permission to use this picture?
