Dear NUS Library,
I collected my
membership card (LP34838P) on Apr 19 of 2013. A member were used to easily
renew his membership by paying payment at the helpdesk of the central library,
however, now I have to follow the standard procedure to apply for a membership
online. Although Singapore is treating COVID-19 as endemic but not pandemic,
there is no other way for me to physically renew it.
Now I received an
email asking me for uploading my recent photo, a step that is unnecessary for
an existing member. I would appreciate it if whether NUS library can explain
the necessity of this step or waive this step for an existing user.
