Dear Vivian,

 

Thank you for your email and I will collect the letter son. I have just talked to a University HR staff and she will contact you about the review of termination of my contract. I am looking forward to the outcome of the review. 

 

Can you let me know what the procedure is of filing an appeal? I cannot take the grounds for the termination of my contract that my research progress is insufficient. I have enough evidence to prove my research standard. Thank you.
