where the terms and conditions accompanying a commercial purchase are involved.

standards.

complaint about K Space Inn 569 and the upgrading of my bed
Dear STB,
I would like to
request the STB to look into the service provided by K Space Inn 569. The rate
for one night us of a single Space Pod was $34.65 but there is no electronic
socket in any Space Pod, single or double. Although there is no more pod
available according to the online websites such as booking, there are quite a
few empty both single and double pods. It is clear that the manager of this
hostel is wither not honesty or to improve their management.
I also request
the K Space Inn 569 to upgrade my bed from one bed in 8-bed dorm , or the
earlier booking, to the current booing, this Single Space Pod, from May
29 to Jun 1, 2002 by paying the difference of $30.
I have decided to
choose Space pod No. 38 because the only socket in this room is fortunately
located outside pod 38.
